In my private sessions, I guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided meditation designed to release tension, build strength, and restore balance. Every session is customized to your needs — whether you’re seeking stress relief, physical support, or a deeper connection to your inner calm.
I discovered yoga in 2010 during one of the most challenging chapters of my life — facing a scary diagnosis and searching for ways to heal. A friend invited me to a hot yoga class, and from the very first session, something shifted. I committed to practicing six days a week for years, experiencing firsthand how yoga could restore not just the body, but the mind and spirit.
Since then, I’ve studied and taught a wide range of styles — Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Meditative Flow, and Chair Yoga — blending them intuitively to create the right practice for each person I work with. My Art of Assisting training ensures your alignment is safe, supportive, and empowering, and my approach weaves in subtle energy awareness so you leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
